I was digging through my old video tapes last week and pulled out a Tae Bo tape. I started to think... I'm not exactly a tone individual anymore. So I popped it in and did whatever Billy Blanks told me to do. I've been back doing it for a week now and I can tell the difference.

the truth is.. I hurt all over and it hurts and it hurts and it hurts...

Now I must go shower and shave myself in different areas.... till next time.. this has been poutyscott reporting from his livingroom.
