Ooooh...wee bit overdue for a decent update.

Today has been quite productive. Had a two hour driving lessons at 7:20, my first since december. Got right back into the swing of it thankfully, so I don't feel like I'm haveing to catch up or go over covered ground.

Worked 17 cases in work today. I'm currently on secondment to the complaints department in work and have been for about 5 weeks as they have a serious backlog in written complaints.

Anyway, their action plan to bring the backlog down started on monday. Basically we are each allocated a certain amount of cases each week and we have to reach that quota. This being the first week of it, I have been allocated 35 cases. Over the course of yesterday and today I've completed 30, and was top acheiver yesterday as most other people have been completing 4 or 5 cases, even though I have only been there 5 weeks and they actually WORK in that department. Plus it seems I've been turning out a high standard of work so that's good.

So, going well there. I have an interview on thursday for a permanent job in that department which would mean better job satisfaction, better hours and better pay. WOOP.

Now chowing down on a nice pint of strawberry, kiwi, mango and banana smoothie.
