hmm.. monday.. right? I forget...

friday.. went to a karaoke bar... kinda boring.. drank too much vodka

saturday.. went to dravenraine's party.. had a blast... drank high life.. tequila.. and ate some delicious cookies.... surprisingly when i woke up at 8 a.m. sunday... no hangover...... crazy....

sunday.. golfed.. shot an 86.. yay for me.... slept for 3 hours.... cleaned my house.... watched mucha lucha.. sopranos.. and went and had a few beers with friends....

today.. argured with my fucking mortage people for 2 hours.. cause they fucked me.. they did a good job... I almost just cancelled the contract and fucking walked away from the house.. they apparently aren't gonna give me the interest rate they promised me.. which i signed for.... they gave me this long lecture about market value.. and interest rates fluctuating.. blah..blah..blah..... so it went up 3/4 of a point.. which doesn't sound liek much.. but it adds up to about 75 dollars worth of interest a month... multiply that times the mortage lenght.. and it's about 30,000 dollars... so i told them to fuck off.. they called me back and lowered it a half a point..... and kissed my ass.. so it only went up 25 bucks instead of 75 bucks...

lesson learned.. your realtor is not your friend.. anybody lending you money is not your friend.. everybody.. and anybody is gonna try to fuck you.....
