Not cool. The motor in my lense broke and now I have no more auto focus... That's such a pain and I've gone through this before and had to go through loops to replace it. So now I'm upgrading. All my hard earned tattoo money is going to a new lense.. 55-200mm . Not too shabby now I can take better pictures and have more abilitly. I was starting to feel restricted to my lense anyhow..
Yummy this will be fun, I shall pick it up on Friday when I have the night off from my part time job. Oh then I can go test it out at Keefer's all weekend because I don't have to work my part time job either on the weekend. Oh two jobs suck. No wait. Money=New Lense

Well I do have some pictures from my Nephews 2nd bithday party. I best it broke there where I was taking pictures in a dusty sandy playground.
But I can't post them yet, have'nt had time to really fix any of the good shots up.
Been distracted by WOW again.
Oh Jamie look what you got me into! Haha but it's all well I supose. I'm starting to enjoy the nostellgic it brings me when I play it. Only this time I'm making new memories of it and get to think about the old ones too. I supose in a sence I think I've found someone who I know I will learn to love as much as I do Jesse. For some reason everything else just wasn't the same... It was much worse.
But things are getting better. I like where I am right now very much! My car is almost paid off. My love for music has grown so much... Learning to play drums and falling in love with new bands and old bands. Right now I'm drowding in ear candy with A Perfect Circle - Thriteenth Step ... My god that's good music!
Anyways I've gone on a bit of a random venting night of text. Stuff..
That's what happens when you take a week of weed and then smoke ALOT to make up for it in one night.
It was so needed after my second 13 hour day in a row. Tomorrow will make number 13.
My body hurts and the work makes me crazy. But I'm so happy and it has made so much possible for this summer. *warm fuzzy feeling*
I need to go play my druid now... Shes calling to me...
Level me up.... catch up to Jamie... Kick his ass in PVP....

it sounds like you're having fun, and it's nice to hear that you're in a good place now too.
I've had lens repair issues (luckily, it was a cheap repair) and I've had to send one of my camera bodies off for repair as well, and also several studio lights.......it's cost me tons of cash to keep backups.....backup lights, backup lenses, backup DSLR's....hurts to have to spend that money.
Keep that old lens around for a backup. The new lens will give you more options so that's good news.
Have a great rest of the week. I'm gone to marry off my daughter today, and then to spend the weekend in the park at the Regina Folk Festival.
Yeh I'm going to see if I can get someone to look at my lense anyways but I still want a new one =P
I just hope it doesn't cost too much in the long run. I don't want to spend too much money on my D50 because soon enough it will be too outdated and I'll need a new slr.
I was tempted to by a Canon Rebel. My photography teacher at ACAD told us that Canon has a larger variety of lenses and tend to be a very close rival with Nikon but a bit better.
Ah I love the time of the year when the Regina Folk Fesitval gets set up in Victoria park. I always enjoy stopping by and enjoying the music, little booths to shop in!
Maybe I'll run into you!?
