Well my vegetarian to vegan conversion is going well I think, I don't eat eggs straight up anymore, I don't drink milk at all. The only egg product I get in my diet is from frozen foods, usually veggie burgers and what not. As far as dairy, well, I still eat stuff that has cheese in it here and there and I've still got 2 sticks of organic butter left to use up. I will NOT waste food un-necessarily. I really wish I could learn some recipes that were simple. I love cooking but I hate anything that takes like an hour to prepare. I love tofu in meals, beans and rice meals, and I REALLY love falafel. Ciao.
