As for Lefty, my fave Final Fantasy is a tough one, it is either 3 or 7. My favorite character is also hard to choose; I feel like no matter how many RPG'S I play, I always identify the most with Terra. The way in which she is both half human half Esper and how she questions her identity coincides with the way I feel about my biracial heritage. What I also like about her is her eagerness to find out what love is; she wants to know more about love, what is it like to fall in love, is she even capable of such an emotion because she is only half human? She is an enigma..."her very existence strikes fear into her own heart."
I also adore Celeste; she is really a model of what I would like to be. She is strong, slightly ruthless, with "a spirit as pure as snow." She knows what she has to do and does it, disregarding illogical emotion. She is such a headstrong, self reliant character, always doing what she needs to do at the end of the day, never letting anybody else command her.
Ahem. I am done being possessed by the spirit of a geek, I will revert back to normal.
I tried to get to curry, roamed around Valencia and 16th which really was a bad idea; several old, crazy looking men started following me, and I figured I shouldn't press my luck and keep trying to find Zante's, so I just went to the oxygen bar, got high off of the air and went home. The day was not a total loss, I met two stoned, renegade lesbian feminists trying to promote some big feminist event at the women's center that I most certainly will go to, there will be lots of poets there.
I considered going to the club but decided not to, since it was a possiblity N could show and I would be by myself there. Not cool.
So basically I am a loser, i'm here at home listening to the dance station, pretending i'm really in a club, and eating dried cherries and apricots. Oh my god, the new Cher song just came on, I am a complete dork for saying this, but I like it! "This is a different kind of looove song!"
Speaking of which, is it just me, or does it seem like in the CVZ video and pics that Zona is more of the voyeur than the participant (not that it's a bad thing, what I wouldn't give to be in her shoes!) Perhaps she is the shy one out of the three? That just makes her all the more cuddlier.
This just reinforces my belief that Dia and I must do a set to show everyone how it's done, lol. **Shameless plug to get Dia to kiss me** Actually I would be really nervous, Dia, didn't you say that you kissed like 20 girls or something and that only 1 didn't suck? Yikes! Must...go...to Shaolin temple to perfect makeout skills for Dia...
