I am fairly amazed by how much we owe to Edison. It would not be possible to even imagine where our little technocratick starfucking society might be without the whims of this curious mind. Edison truly was a remarkable man--get past that overhyped starfucking lightbulb thing and the guy was the first true pioneer of the DIY punk ethos...
