Sorry it took me so long to reply, but thanks for the welcome to Colorado. Apparently nobody in this state has ever heard of Durango eiter, go figure. Everybody tells me I need to head to Denver, but that's a good six hour drive from here and as of yet, I know nobody there, so that would be kinda pointless for me. Anyway, I'm sure I'll get around to all the recommended spots eventually, thanks for the welcome.

I think you are really lucky to have visited Eastern state and to have such fantastic photos from your visit. That place has such an incredible history... "eye of God"... do you think if you were an inmate that it would make you more agitated that you could see the sky but not be free? or would it make you feel more peaceful and reflective? I'd probably feel a bit of both, I guess. Either way, I'm glad I was never a guest. *shivers*
