In an effort to be more active on the site again, I have decided to participate in the weekly SG Blog topics. I only have one published set, Reptile Hunter, done many years ago -looking to change that very soon! Of course its my favorite! It really did an excellent job reflecting who I was as a person, at that time. And of course it was SO much fun hanging out with @alissa, @sunshine, and @bully. They were just great! Made me feel so comfortable, even though we had never met and I was totally naked! LOL
We had a few minor mishaps that day. I did temporarily lose the bearded dragon. She had jumped out of my hands and was hiding in the grass. It was a frantic few minutes, but we got her. The snake wasn't happy when we first got there. I'm guessing the 2hour car ride didn't set so well with her. She was a bit pissy and not wanting handled... so we went with the dragon first, allowed the snake time to chill out. When it was the snake's turn, all was good!
I look back on that day and think of how lucky I was to have met such great people! I wish I would have stayed in contact with them over the years, but life has a way of happening -just when you least expect it. So now I am looking forward and thinking of a great come-back set! Bindi has been idle for far too long!
