my neck is KILLING ME!

I slept on it wrong sometime during the week and it hurts to move it. You know that feeling you get when you need to crack your back? But then you crack your back and the feeling goes away? well, I have that feeling in my neck, only I cant quite crack it and get the feeling to go away. so frustrating...

I refuse to go to the doctor though...
