Why do new cars have such stupid names?

I dont know...but I hate that auto's have names of places that I want to live. Santa Fe, Sedona, Durango, etc. I would do anything to be in Sedona right now. I have been to all three of those places twice in the last year...and dream of them every day...and the auto industry does nothing but torture me.
