Ok, have had enough with my life going to phell, even though it is much deserved. onwards and upward (is oing to be hard, since i have a self destruction streak a mile wide). but hay ho.

So, to start with, be on SG a lot more, since you all are nice people, and you can never have too many friends.

And too lose weight and get fit again (can you believe i run a marathon once?)

may even make a visual diary of my weight loss and put it on here to keep me at it...although, people come on here for naked girls, not hairy, middle aged men....will think about that one....
