Thoughts on the Super Bowl thing...
I am not a sports guy but did go to a party that had the game on. I was personally looking foward to the Rolling Stones playing the halftime show. What a fucking disappointment. It sucked. I thought it was just me but they were talking about it on the news yesterday. I understand the sound problem. Granted, they have to set that whole fucking stage, amps, monitors, lights, cameras, etc. in like 8 minutes. Now, thats fucking hard. I understand. But its the fucking super bowl. They should (and prob do) have 150 people setting that up. They need to be the fucking best of the best. The sound was awful. Now for the performace...the Stones kinka sucked. I like the Stones. Start Me Up is not a fucking hard song. I know sometimes it is very distracting when you cannot hear your guitar or something goes wrong. It was their job to just fucking keep going. They PAY people to fix things for them. Keith just didn't play at times. By the third song, they got things under control. Too little, too late.
anyfuck...I'll be fucking uber assed busy this week. I'm singing in the Lord of the Rings Symphony with the Cleveland Orchestra. The guy who wrote the music for the movie is conducting it and shit. We are just background music. We do a lot of "ooo"ing and "ahhh" ing. Fuck that shit. We just are a colur to the orchestra. Fuck that shit.
