This morning: grumpy and tired from poor nights sleep.

Moved boxes in one by one by one.....

Scraped old, peeling paint from the bathroom ceiling.
Old, ratty curtains taken down. Lots of vaccuming.

Stiff shoulders from leaning and looking up at the ceiling from the ladder. Hot bath soon....

WAY too much food today. Just felt like it. Left over spaghetti breakfast. Pizza lunch. A banana. Two turkey burgers for dinner. Lots of sweet tea. I must need it, all of this exertion. Need more veggies, less ciggies!

I'm tired.

Much better after afternoon Reiki treatment and cleansing meditation. Mellow.

Advice from an old friend today, to keep it in the heartspace.

Just watched 'Secret Window'...creepy and a bit flat in places, but Depp was wonderful as usual. Can't wait to see 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'. I love Burton. Combined with Depp? Priceless.


Reading 'Greek Fire', the story of the affair between Aristotle Onassis and Maria Callas, the opera singer. One buck at the dollar store! Knew about Callas from Schnabels' Maria Callas series, so it caught my eye. Seems tragic, but interesting. Vivid figures and an fascinating story. Biographies usually leave me feeling a bit lukewarm, but this is good.
