We need a reliable, easy-going roomate to share our 4 Bedroom / 2 Bath home in the Maple Leaf neighborhood of Seattle, near to Northgate, Lake City Way and I-5. Dishwashing machine and washer / dryer are in house.
DSL networking a possibility. Room is on main floor with good exposure to sunlight, recently re-painted. TONS of storage space throughout house. Good plumbing and big water heater. Good size yard with lots of opportunities for gardening. Located directly on 73 bus line and within
two blocks of 66 bus line. Incredibly abundant parking for drivers.
Rent is $370 a month, 1/4 utilities (usually between $75 and $125 a month, depending on season). Oil heating. Room must be filled by December 1st (Please still contact if you are interested but unable to move in until January 1st).
We are two guys and one gal, all in our mid 20s to early 30s. Semi-artsy types with good taste in music / books / movies, somewhat politically active but not preachy or dogmatic. Queer friendly. Relatively tidy and distribute chores fairly evenly. Fun and reliable, you be same.
