My week with my family on the lake was wonderful. Few people really care or were wondering about that and I'm alright about that, but hey.

I did three basic things, with intersections for things like clothes and CD shopping: sleep, read, toss my nephew around. On that first thing, I've never felt like rest was more necessary. On the second, I amazed myself with how productive I was consuming my current favorite literature. And on the third, it's just amazing to know what being a father feels like. Not that I want a kid, but I love knowing that I can actually make a single human being that entirely happy.
