Going home for a few days. Be back around Saturday. It's not that bad this time. It's a nice break from missing people.

Ok, maybe that's a little harsh, but most of my married friends just had kids and further populate the town. Little bored kids that'll discover girls and rock music, kinda like I did. More kids that will grow up and hate where they are. Kids who won't leave. Kids who will make more kids.
That's a fairly accurate description of what happens there. Ah well, I'm happy for the bastard. He'll no longer be my bitch. He'll be someone else's bitch entirely, and that's awesome. I'm really glad for him, and since there's alcohol and bad music afterward, who knows? Maybe I'll hit it off with somebody.
