I have been working in a project that is starting to get totally out of control. It's called Politically Expedient Accidents, Murders and Suicides in American Politics. This is what I have come up with on the John Lennon Assassination.
John Lennon, singer and song writer, John was shot and killed on December 8, 1980, by a mental patient and loner named Mark David Chapman. Despite John's notoriety as a former member of the Beatles no investigation of the crime or a trial of the accused assassin ever took place. Chapman went into a mental hospital instead.
It was revealed in December of 2004 that the doorman of the Dakota Apartments where John lived was Jose Perdomo, AKA Jose Joaqiin Sejenis Perdomo, a long time CIA operative and member of the elite Operation 40 assassination group. It is far more likely that Chapman is innocent and the CIA was behind Lennon's death and the FBI helped cover up the truth. Perdomo was said to have died in 1974 but his death was never confirmed except by the CIA.
I have not seen this bloged anywhere on the internet so far and this comes from my own research. I was wondering what you folks think about this information.
