thanks for the advise it is funny, sarcasm is what started the whole things. I asked if it took all three people to change on irrigation head and HE went to HR about me so yeah there was no keeping management out of it. SO far he was reprimanded and then has called in sick. We will see if he comes to work tomorrow!
