What a long weekend! Firefighter school and partying! Im exhausted! I think my first break/lazy day will be Thanksgiving!

Lets hope this week of work doesn't totally suck and kill me like last week!

My first fire call tonight! Got the call at 12:30am and didn't get home till 5 am! What a long night! Learned a ton tonight riding and working in the tanker truck! Day by day I keep learning more! Can't wait for school in fall!

So glad I joined the volunteer fire department!

Last week I got in 20+ miles of walking in! Feeling pretty sore but I'm dedicated to it! Really enjoying my really late evening walks! Too bad everyone else is too lazy to join me! lol

Wow! That's awesome!! I'd love to do an event! I checked the website, but to my amazement, there is no event for NY?!?! Kinda crazy. Kudos to you for doing it! biggrin Good luck with the training, I can only imagine what it must feel like with added weight and 100 degree heat. eeek I'm on the stairmaster and treadmill every morning, I should add ankle weights to my routine. With the weather being nice lately, Ive been walking a lot more. Three to four miles a night! Nothing more refreshing than a walk along side the lake at 1 in the morning!

Now if only I could get the ambition back to start lifting weights again! lol
