We have a new system comming online at work soon where you can answer a questionaire about your suitability for a management role in the future, then you get five people at work who know you really well (at least 5) then they also answer the same questions about you but anonimously. When all the results are in you present it to your team manager as evidence that you are the right material for upcomming special projects within the company, basically the first step to becomming a team manager, I think I'm going to give it a go soon

I'm going to sound like a right money grabbing gold digger for this but-

My salary scale is 18k to 25k
A mangers pay scale goes from 29k to 35k

I was really piss poor at maths when I was at school but I can spot a wee benfit here

Plus this process would take roughly 2 years to bear fruition so I will have finished my NVQ4 in working with young people and their families by then (LDSS)
