Well my poorly back has taken a turn for the worse and decided to return with a vengeance just when I thought it had sorted itself out. That will teach me for trying to work on my bike and take out a heavy rear wheel

Doubly dissapointing as I still have a puncture in my bike so I cant go out anywhere this weekend which I had been looking forward to all week through the rain and the snow. Basically I got a flat off of an allen key of all things and its too big a hole to be fixed so I need a whole new tyre which isnt going to be cheap
