Back is better now thank the lord 
but I have a massive mouth ulcer to replace the pain, however I think thats down to poor diet so I am trying to be 'healthier' this week

Anyone got any cool plans for the summer yet? I am going to a couple of bike events already, wouldnt mind doing the Bulldog this year if anynones up for it?
