I'm well and truly in pain, I have some how managed to pull a muscle in my back and its absolutely killing me trouble is once you have had a bad back you never ever seem to go for very long before you get more problems, right now I think I am sponsored by Deep Heat

I was really really tempted to take tomorow off work but I have one of my kids comming in to see me who's just become homeless and his short term stay at an emergency hostel runs out tomorow also. If I dont go in there's a slim chance that no one else will be around to sort things out for him as quickly as they will need to be done. Oh and in the afternoon I have to take one of my unemployed kids to a back to work scheme so he can get some training allowance because the benefits agency are'nt going to pay him any JSA (money). Who said responsibility was a good thing

Still I did manage to put some of my little project bike back together over the weekend which was something positive. I also drove right the way over the other side of the city to feed my friends girlfriends cats she asked me to do it as she was worried that her other 'friend' who lives on the same street would go through her knicker drawer but there was some nice Stella Artois waiting there as a thank you

Last but not least have added one or two new pics after 'some-one' mention no names gave me some grief for not having any piccys of me wonder who that was.....
