Managed to get myself pulled over by the Police last night, well I say pulled over they actually followed me all the way home and just stopped outside my house where I was parked. What had attracted them to me at around 11pm last night was my err enthusiastic driving away from the Queens Medical Centre roundabout and up the hill on the A52. Had to laugh at my own excuse which was I was 'testing' the car, worst part was I was telling the truth but it must have come across as the biggest load of BS ever luckily they just gave me a lecture about speeding on icy roads and then left, didnt even bother to get out of their car-probably too cold

All the above happened because I had been gobbing off not 2 hours earlier I had been gobbing off that the Police never bothered to pull drivers any more they just posted out fines-that'll teach me

Also took the bike out for a quick spin yesterday after work (finished early ) and remembered just why I like bikes sooo much surprised that little trip didnt get me a tug aswell

Work was quite different today when I was asked by a year head at one of the schools I work at to talk to 2 girls who had recently been arrested for shop-lifting about crime and its implications, I mean talk about irony. Its things like this that make you realise you're getting old and sensible, it made me laugh though sending 'em to me for a 'lecture' Both of them turned out to be good students whose families were quite well off and they had gotten in with the 'wrong-crowd' and have older bad-boy boyfriends. Getting arrested and spending a few hours in a Police cell had really scared them, had to laugh when one of them thought that when in prison you get to spend all day playing pool and playstation

Its parents evening tonight for year 9's tonight, 3 joyous hours of talking to kids and parents about jobs and college application etc still its a small price to pay for a good enjoyable easy(ish) job

Cant wait for the end of the month as I am now flat broke why is January sooo long
