I watched one of the people under my care die today.... ive been at the jo for 10 years I have lost abou 10 poeple in that time but I never had to watch one expire. ..... I can not think right now...

Running aroung ...tired as crap I ned to get orginaize... had a Psychiatrict meeting today.... I guess im doing okay still working ou running aboout 12 miles a week im teetering around 3oo pounds I would likle to be about 290 but I mo gonna have to change my eating habbits I think....
