howdy, just some general bollocks for you! erm, things are pretty well at the moment, my progress at the gym is starting to show and i have lost some of the love handles and starting to replace it with hard earned muscle stuff wahoo! work sucks, did 62 hours in a week and without no day off for 2 weeks argh!
the band is major kicking ass! our first music video is ready for release and we have already started working on new material which we shall be setting loose on the world at our christmas gig.
erm cant think of much to say, im now pondering the meaning of life so people have to write down what their version of it is.
