*** here come tha Drums ***
So okay while going from job to job Saturday I bo believe I stumbled upon the actual bridge used in Evil Dead. According to many web sites the first scene was filmed in grangier county. I am assuming the rd they are driving up is OLD 25e before they widened it. It looks like how I remember it. But the bridge was tricky. (The actual drop-off was filmed else where) Let me go take some pictures and get my facts straight and I will post them later.

The cabin was burned down by some local idiots. From what a few ppl have told me I believe I know where the location is. I have wanted to go looking for at least the remains before it turns into a subdivision but it is guarded by armed rednecks. I believe The Rose Center ( our museum ) has a picture and the exact location of the cabin, but I have not had time to do this due to opening hours and working hours. I am going Sunday to take pictures of the bridge and hold the up to screen shots and compare. For some reason I just got on this kick to find all this stuff, and ask questions.
