Been Shedding a ton of ii-V7-I licks lately these are the absolute building blocks of Jazz. I am really intereted in what horns players do over these changes. The licks saxophone players use are usually very quick (depending on the tune obviously) and fluid. I really dig that. As a guitar player I tend to be kind of stacatto from playing Gypsy Swing, but I am trying to get my bop playing more fluid and smooth.

P.S. does anyone ever reas this garbage??
