So... I figured out how to get the scythe apart, and I found a shop that would sand blast the metal parts for me on the cheap, so I will have this bad boy all cleaned up and ready to go for the shoot. 
Now I just got to find the right costume shop for the rest of the... costume...
I've been joking with the wife that after the shoot, I should let the grass get really long, and then when the neighbors are out mowing their yards, I go out with the scythe like I'm going to use it. LOL Like... super green, you know? LOL
I've had a ton of little trees trying to grow in my yard this spring, and I decided to let two of them go for it. They're in the right spots for where I would plant trees, and this way it's like I'm giving the little fellas a chance to live.
I went to a new restaurant (to me) yesterday called the "Tilted Kilt". It's a Hooters style Irish Pub. So basically, girls running around in little kilts and so forth.
The wife and I weren't expecting it to be that type of restaurant
, but the food was really good.
With that being said, what the FUCK is up with some of the guys that go to these types of restaurants? First off, every girl that works there expects to be oogled. It goes with the outfit. But seriously, what man actually thinks that they have a chance with these girls? I see these guys leering at the girls, in a bad way, not even trying to hide it, and also trying to hit on the girl. The girl of course is all smiles because it's her job to smile when hit on, but you know she's thinking "Yeah right".
I think these men are RETARDED, and they, not some high and mighty morals of my own (because I DO enjoy the view) make me not want to go to these restaurants. I hate these men, and I feel that they put a sour taste in these girl's mouths about all men in general (no pun intended). Fucking assholes.
