Just got back from a week in the field, sleeping 4 or 5 hours a night in the cold in a sleeping bag. Fuck. No fun at all. The first 5 days we didnt do a damn thing, and then the last two days I was swamped with broken down trucks that don't even belong to my squadron. My dumbass platoon sergeant was "doing favors" for another squadron maintenance, by making me do all their work so they wouldnt have to come out to the desert, sleep in the cold for four or five hours a night and eat crappy field chow... wait a minute....thats not right....why should I do that so they don't have to? Man I love the army.
