been home a while now. no job. no real news. A friend is back in the hospital, but I think she'll be ok. I have lost almost 10 pounds since getting home. I can't believe how greasy the school food was. I knew it was bad, but I didn't realize it was that bad.

I lost a shit ton of weight since being back in Ireland from vacation in California. 10 lbs this month alone. I've just been detoxing/ and parasite cleansing. I've also cut most simple carbs and I've only been eating complex carbs and protiens. I've eatin dairy a couple times but I'm trying to steer clear of most dairy too. I'm using soy on my cereal. Drinking tons of water. Haven't had a coke in forever.

I pretty much HATE cardio. Don't mind weight training. I need to condition myself to beleive that cardio is fun. My friend Citrus does that. She's looking wicked cute.
