I'm in a shitty mood. It seems that basically all the kids that I used to know are either different or constantly surrounded by kids I don't like. And all the kids that leech off them are either changing them for the worse, or not interested in knowing them or me or themselves. The only analogy I can think up is that the people my old friends are friends with now seem like the dregs they scraped up when me and my girlfriend left to fill the void, but that makes me sound incredibly pretentious, and I'm really not trying to be.
