Wow time has really been flying, so much going on lately. Last week was pretty much a big recovery session. This weekend produced another rugby tournament and 3 games later the body is once again one big fucking bruise. Got a big wedding this weekend, and once again here I am the best man trying to figure out what to write as a speech. Oh well I'll figure it out I always do.
