I feel like shit today.

I yelled at lil poppa last. No I really yelled at him. He was being annoying because I wouldn't let him watch cartoons. He also wasn't eating his dinner. He just kept on giving me his sour face and slamming his toys. I told him to eat his food and he proceded to play with it and eventually spilled it on the couch.

Thats when I really yelled at him. I didnt spank him I just yelled at him. I felt so bad afterwards He had this look of sheer terror on his face. I just sat and stared at the tv for a minute and he started to eat his food. I looked over at him and he had this sad look while he was eating.

I told him I'm so srry I didn't mean to yell like that. He just looked at me and continued eating.

Great now I feel like father of the year.

For the rest of the night I felt like crap. He sat next to me and said I love you daddy, I'm sorry for being a pain in the ass. I laughed and hugged him and told him I'm sorry for yelling at you like that. He asked if he can watch cartoons. I told him no I'm still watching my show. I got the sour face again.

i feel like shit. Its gonna take a while for me to get out of this. The plus side. I see more weight being lost.
