It'll be good to get home again (I guess).

I heard this week that my friend has bought me Audioslave tickets for the Carling Academy - Glasgow. Top class.
Now I've got NIN, SOAD and Audioslave to go see.
If QOTSA and Foo Fighters play proper tours (they are currently playing festivals only) it'll be a good year.
Going to do some final tourist things today and then I need to do some careful packing. I have 3 suitcases at the moment but one is full of books and too heavy.

Went to Disneyland today.
It's the first time I've done something touristy while being here for sometime.
I don't know what it is about Disney. By all accounts I should hate it but I can't get enough of the classic stuff.
Star Tours and the Indiana Jones rides were also worth it (although I prefer the setup that they have in Florida for the Star Tours ride). I kind of wish that George would update Star Tours but then given the latest movies, he would probably fuck it up.
Also went to see Sin City for the 3rd time.
I was going to go see Amityville but the reviews haven't been glowing so I might wait until it comes out back home.
I've been staying at the TownePlace Suites on Aviation (whenever I've been in LA). I must say that the staff there are incredibly friendly. There's one girl on the front desk who brings a smile to my face whenever she's there. She was also the person who ensured that I actually got out of the place every weekend (she called the cabs - something I couldn't do as they could never get my accent). I hope she gets everything she hopes for in the world.

I've been going through the sets of my fave SGs (starting with Top5) to get some fave pics. Still got a long way to go.
