What a dull day I had today.

At the end of work I went and bought myself Dawn Of The Dead (the remake) and City Of Lost Children.
Currently watching Dawn Of The Dead - not a patch on the original but then they never are.
I'm really happy about City Of Lost Children. The UK version only comes dubbed. I don't want to sound pretentious or anything but I prefer to hear films in their original language and read the subtitles. I've never liked dubbing (except on the TV series Monkey).

I've seen the lineup for Reading this year and it's looking pretty good. Pixies, Foo Fighters are both headlining (along with Iron Maiden). QOTSA are supporting The Pixies. I think The Killers are also playing. It's all a bit pricey though and most of my mates would actually only want to go to see Maiden. I'll have to live with SOAD and NIN this year. I knocked back the chance to see Anthrax.
Would really like to see Fishbone again. I see that they're playing House Of Blues in Anaheim next month. Maybe I'll try to get down there during that weekend. It's worth a go.
One of the best fucking live bands I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Great in small venues.
