so i made it home today..... i spent the last five days in the hospital. depression is not a fun thing to live with. i will admit i did some pretty scary stuff this time, not only cutting my wrists, but putting a razor to my throat, tying a belt around my neck, scary stuff. which is how i wound up going to the hospital, when you get to that point where you are so damn depressed you don't know what to do, you just want to end it all. it sucks. so i couldn't really talk to anyone in advance, because i was, after all in the middle of a meltdown. i did receive alot of kind words from friends and coworkers, so that was cool. it sucks that i have to go back to work on friday, i don't have much leave time on the books, otherwise, i would have waited until next tuesday. as it is, i work friday and saturday night, and have my normal days off, could be worse. anyway... i am home, i am safe, i am feeling pretty okay, i know that on this site i have made some very precious friends, so i do always know i am not totally alone in the world. i hope everyone else has had a better week than i have. peace, love, smiles, d.
