so when i was in highschool i hurt my knee rather bad, i ended up with a tare in my MCL, after it healed it never really bothered me. now over the last week or so it has been hurting, a lot and i dont rember doing anything that would have caused this unwanted pain. it hurts right now, and im not even doing anything.

my dogs are going crazy now, like they have an endless amount of energy its wild. i have never seen an english bulldog move this fast ever!!!!!!!! shes running around and jumping like shes a lab or something

the is almost gone, its a lite purple now, just a few more days and its gone
