ok so jen talked to the vet againtoday and as she and i thought that he was doing good, the vet thinks otherwize and says that er have to bring him in again today to do blood work, and set up time for him to get nurted tomorrow. 
i know this doesnt sound too bad, but with the lack of kidneys theres a huge chance that hi might not come back after hes down. i have confedence in the vet and using the anistia that goes through the kidneys the least, but jens freaking out.
and we thought that he was doing better, acting normal, eating normal ect... just with swolen testies.
