so... i think im joinging the peace corps... im applying now and next summeri plan to be shipped off to some corner of the earth to help where i can help. when if comes to personal benefits im not going to lie, selfishly i love the idea that it will cancel some of my student loan debt give me 6 grand at the end and a foot in the door to get easilyaccepted to a grad school. I'm kind of excited i have a year to pay off my credit card and car loan debts (shouldnt be a problem) and then i can go off and do what i can. According to the enneagram personality categories i am a Protector, despite the fact that i have a general disdain for people i feel the need to help and protect them from that which means to harm them, and this will be my jumping off point. Perhaps while gone i can learn another language and gain skills of leadership that will one day lead to my place in history. I hve no dillusions of grandeure but i feel a compelling force leading me to greatness. Perhaps i could be president of this deteriorating nation someday, that would be interesting. "Is it true you smoked marijuana in college?" "hell yeah! i lvoed it, i'd keep smoking it if i had nothing else to do".. "what comments do you have about the pictures that have surfaced of you when you were in your 20s?" "i like to be naked... and there are cameras everywere... big deal"... "yes if a man can't make his own choices and face the consequences... is he really a man?"... ... ... ok the last question is a bit of a stretch but a man can dream... w/e... im stil lexcited to go off and be in the peace corps... pray,l wish, hope, for me whatever you do i appreciate it as i take the steps to enter this sure to be amazing part of my life... off topic but i jsut started reading atlas shrugged and it is great, also THE DARK KNIGHT ROCKS.... im bored now gnight my wonderful and beautiful friends on this fun, and exciting social network we call suicidegirls
