i fall go boom

to make a short story long.. was up on the ladder pulling a fucking stroller down for a "guest" and misjudged the distance from the floor on my way down...i landed wrong and ended up on my back... which caused me to laugh my ass off for the better part of the time that it took me to get up. i was fine till i took my last break, its when i stopped moving that the pain set in.... i feel cripped right now
