kinda sad when Someone who just got thier 90 day review had the most experience and therefore was incharge of the backroom from 11 till 6:30. Whats even sadder was turns out i wasn;t even scheduled today... But since i was thier, they put me to work.... So all of you keeping score... My two day weekend... which turns out should of been three was actually only a ONE day off........yeah im confused too

The worst is when they put you into a middle management position and tell you to keep the people under you inline...but you can't do anything to discipline them. You end up feeling like a freakin UK cop. "Stop! Or...I'll say Stop again!!"
