Once upon a time I was an Executive Chef and a Pastry Chef. I still do cakes/desserts on the side just to keep my mind going.

This first little guy I made as a graduation cake for my cousins daughter who is like my own daughter. Since I do not have children of the human persuasion, and never will, she means the world to me! So of course this had to be special. I made the board to be like its surfing on a wave and gave it a fun graduation hat as well...💖💖💖
