Where has Christmas Spirit gone?
Today:
A customer asked me where to return a video and i first asked "has it been opened?". he says "yes" so i tell him about the Copyright Laws and store policies regarding opened media. So he throws the game at me and leaves the store! He returns a few minutes later to buy the one he wants and decides against it and wants the game he threw at me back and goes to talk to someone else. Now i am a manager in this dept and the person he finds calls me to find out if he can return it. Of course he is declined.
The next customer i help laughs as she asks for help and says "I won't throw anything at you".
Also today, you might have heard. Some guys bought 5 X Box 360s at Best Buy and try to sell them in the parking lot for $600 each, no one wants to spend that much for them. They decide to go to McDonalds to get something to eat and leave the 14 year old in the car. the 14 year old then is held at gun point and robbed for the X Box 360s but the burgler leave one X Box 360 with the 14 year old.
Last Week:
A Drunk woman is passed out in the lobby at work and is asked to leave and she refuses and calls the manager trying to get her out a White Bitch. now the manager she trys to insult is infact clearly Hawiian, she has lots of color to indicate this, the woman is too drunk to see this. Another drunk told her to "Go back to Africa!"
Also on the topic of racism, my friend had a customer tell him "Go Back to Your Own Country!" okay he is Eskimo also called Alaska Native... later he said he shoulda took a step aside and said "okay i did".
Oh also i still never got my Christmas gifts i ordered online on the 4th of Dec! I had to tell some friends they will get their gifts late this year. One thing that sucks is i started buying gifts for friends first then realizing i won't have much money these coming paychecks to get gifts for family!
My fam is HUGE and we are close(the ones in town anyway), Family i usually buy gifts for;
Mom
3 Sisters and their Husbands
1 Brother
7 or 8 Neices and Nephews
If you didnt know how much family i got, here you go
8 Sisters, 5 brothers and they all have kids so that comes to somewhere around 40 neices and nephews last time i tried to count(there are actually some i havn't met and some are older than me). Wow i just realized how that looks 8 X 5 = 40
