110mph constantly. That is the speed of my brain, I swear!! Been having some crazy dreams lately, too much work and not enough play I guess. Got to get through February and then smooth waters ahead. Have been rather well with the drinking, proud of myself. The gym has been good, job is busy but good. Still that buzzing in the head, sometimes wonder if I will ever be able to turn it off.

Going out with my pops tomorrow morning and then with the mother-in-law for dinner. It is both of their birthdays tomorrow. Crazy I know. Hope everyone had a good weekend.
