Thanks for all your support made it through the first major step rather well, I slipped and had two drinks but didn't fall off the wagon so baby steps baby steps. 
I had tons of fun playing pool and visiting. Now back to work and another day in paradise then to the gym tonight and then watch Louisville beat WVU at some Thursday night college football.

I awoke this morning to a frozen windshield I am sure that all of you would rather be running neked on the sunny beach like this chica but I am sure like me you are getting ready for the winter which is coming upon us faster than I was hoping.
