I've had my sternum pierced and nipples weren't nearly as bad.
It actually doesn't hurt nearly as much for girls to get them than guys.

It can also depend on how sensative your nipple and aereola area is , some women have minimal pain when having them pierced. Well good luck on the job and heres to minimal discomfort for your piercings
