i went to see my therapist today...theres a long shitty story that goes with the crappy place my insuarance pays for, but i end up seeing a different "doctor" everytime i go in. 2 months ago was the last time. that docter told me i had BPD(which i do) and then said no meds would help me, took me off all my meds that every doctor before him told me i could NOT stop taking, then he told me i need at least 4 years of intense therapy to even start to make a difference and sent me on my way.

today i go in and see dr trans(she was a flippie, lol) she tells me im bi-polar and am just having a bad time. i said so i've just been having a bad day since i was 7? really?? and then she gives me lithium and suggests ECT electric shock therapy
needles to say i had a big problem with that i told her i was going to leave now after freaking out about that actually still being used. as i was leaving she was saying something to me and when i started to talk back to her she turned to my mum and said 'ok im going to talk to you'~!!!!
i walked out saying that was rude and left. all i could think off was one flew over the cuckoos nest

i'm done no more meds, maybe therapy someday somewhere else...but right now i have jess and tommy too and they work just fine! that doesnt mean i dont love you diz, you're just not as crazy as they are <5

so heres a video about severe depression(which is not my main "disorder" but does come along with, so i understand everything this woman says) and ECT as the treatment......a bit disturbing so youve been warned
