Hm...

'Kay, so no one to watch the superbowl with. Fancy that eh? I asked a couple of people what they were doing this weekend, none got back to me. I guess that's ok. There's plenty of cleaning and laundry to do and some stuff to catch up on at work.

So I guess now is a good time to write about all the things I said I was going to write about in past journals but didn't because my old cellphone didn't support text entries this long.

So let's see. We'll start with the utterly lame Skirball Cultural Center's exhibit on Einstein. But before I proceed, here's a little backstory. Back in my sophmore year of high school, the skirball decided it needed to make itself look important... so it payed a bunch of high schools in california probably like $5,000 and in return, all the high schools made their students write some cheesy fucking essay about how we would save the world. What a jip. Totally pointless, totally phony, utter waste of time.

So back to Einstein. So we arrive, and walk through the doors, past the stupid gift shop filled crappy souvenirs like Einstein action figures and cheap t-shirts that have E=mc2 screened on them to the exhibit. Well I'll be darned, it was a bunch of fucking billboards with writing on them explaining, oh...einstein did this, einstein wrote that, at this age, einstein was here, oops, and let's not forget the nazis committed the holocaust, ok, and back to einstein now, and here's relativity, and einstein died here, and oh...wait, einstein wasn't religious at all, but it's still important what his religion was in spite of all his other contributions to science and let's end on that note.

Conclusion? There was NOTHING in this exhibit that you couldn't have gotten from looking at a 8 year old version of Microsoft Encarta.... But wait! There were relics from Einstein's past there! That sounds kind of cool, right? Documents he had written, personal effects, etc. So I take a closer look at the descriptions next to them - what's this? It says: Facsimile. FAKE!! They were all fake!! What is this crock of shit?!! Jeeze! The most pathetic exhibit I'd ever seen.

I had been to the Skirball on a previous occasion to listen to some utterly naive poet also. I guess I should have put an end to it right there.

'Kay, now on to this ridiculous credit card... First off, you get nothing special from these folks. This credit card is barely one step above a secured credit card. First Premier Bank is clearly a bunch of crooks targeting young adults. Look at all these bullshit fees:

APR: 9.9%
Account Setup Fee: $29.00
Program Fee: $95.00
Annual Fee: $48.00
Participation Fee: $72.00 (annually)
Minimum Finance Charge: $0.50
Late Payment Fee: $25
Over Limit Fee: $25
Monthly Account Maintenance Fee: $3.00

I'm sending the app back to them with info as to exactly how I feel about their ridiculous fee system.

On to her. I had to see her puke. I didn't want to see her, but I did...it's a complicated emotion. I'm sure everyone's been through it. Interoffice mail lost some rather important documents I needed in order to avoid seeing her which is the way it's been going for about 8 or 9 months. And that's been working rather well. Ironically, her stepdad was the team leader who was investigating the whole thing and that just made it one notch higher on the weird scale for me. So yeah, I had to go down and see her. I'm really glad I've banned myself from going down there, because damn....she is SO fuckin' cute and completely my type and just as uncomfortable around me as I am around her now goddamnit. She looked really tired, and really depressed. Oh fuckin' well. I offered you an out and you stomped on me so there's nothing I'm going to do or say because you made it clear that this is the way you prefer to be. Which is sad. Sorry, I know this is a stream of consciousness, but it can't be helped. At least we were nice to each other. 'Kay, I'm done for now....maybe. Everyone should probably know that my journal entries are probably going to be more along these lines as we approach valentine's day. Just FYI.

Subaru is so fucking horrible. They're trying to claim that my car's bluetooth handsfree system and/or it's alarm system 2way is sending interferring waves to my car's computer which is why I'm only running at half boost. It's their way of trying to breach my warranty. Now....even the most naive sg on this site would know that that is complete and utter bullshit. My message to everyone on this website: DO NOT EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A SUBARU.

Well, i think that's it for now. If I think of more, I'll just type it.
